When using the verification feature:
- You must provide accurate information about your Roblox account
- You consent to the Bot checking your Roblox group membership and rank
- You understand that verification requires temporarily adding a code to your Roblox profile
- You may be subject to flagging or blacklisting for suspicious activity
5. Data Collection and Use
By using Fearnaught, you acknowledge and consent to:
- Storage of your Discord User ID and username
- Storage of your Roblox username, User ID, and group rank information
- Logging of moderation actions (warnings, mutes, kicks, bans)
- Storage of ticket information and support interactions

6. Server Administrator Responsibilities
Server administrators who add Fearnaught to their servers agree to:
- Configure the Bot appropriately and securely
- Use moderation features responsibly and fairly
- Inform their server members about the Bot's functionality and data collection

- Not hold Fearnaught developers liable for misuse of the Bot by server staff
7. Moderation and Enforcement
7.1 Blacklisting
We reserve the right to blacklist users or servers from using Fearnaught if:
- Terms of Service are violated
- The Bot is being abused or exploited
- Illegal activities are detected
- Discord's Terms of Service are violated through Bot usage
7.2 Server Removal
We may remove the Bot from servers that:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Bot for illegal purposes
- Are involved in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory activities
8. Intellectual Property
Fearnaught and all associated code, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Fearnaught Development. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the Bot's code without permission
- Use the Fearnaught name or branding without authorization
- Claim ownership or creation of the Bot
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Bot
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all Discord servers or configurations
- Maintenance of all features indefinitely
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time
- Update features and commands without notice
- Perform maintenance that may cause temporary downtime
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Fearnaught developers are not liable for any damages arising from Bot usage
- We are not responsible for data loss, server issues, or Discord account problems
- We are not liable for actions taken by server administrators using moderation features
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of Roblox data retrieved by the Bot
- Users assume all risks associated with using the Bot
11. Third-Party Services
Fearnaught interacts with third-party services including:
- Discord API
- Roblox API
We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party APIs that affect Bot functionality
- Third-party service outages or limitations
- Third-party terms of service violations
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fearnaught Development and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Bot
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination
You may stop using Fearnaught at any time by:
- Removing the Bot from your server
- Ceasing to interact with the Bot
